Callaghan Road closure

The PWD Highways Section would like to inform the public that Callaghan Road between the junctions of Brisbane Road and Villiers Street, will be closed for one day only, on Friday 21 May 2021. This is to allow for the placing of ducting for electrical and telecoms installations.

The closure is estimated to be in place between 8:30am and 4pm and, during this time, the road will be closed to vehicles, except for residential access.
