Reminder to correctly complete documentation before arrival into the Islands

With the introduction of the 5 day ‘test to release’ option for arriving passengers it is vital that all inbound passengers complete their documentation correctly. Before arriving into the Islands passengers are asked to:

  • Complete an IDC5 form – this is to be returned to the flight booking office with confirmed adequate quarantine accommodation in the Islands
  • Arrange transportation to their quarantine accommodation either travel in government-designated transport or, if using a private vehicle, must either travel alone or only with another person or persons who are also required to quarantine for the same period
  • Check the UK government website to make sure that you follow all requirements for travelling abroad from England https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-abroad-from-england-during-coronavirus-covid-19

It is hugely important that passengers provide the correct contact number on the IDC5 form so that KEMH can easily contact you. Failure to provide the correct number will likely result in a police visit.

In failing to provide the information requested you may commit a criminal offence under the Infectious Diseases Control (Coronavirus, Quarantine) Regulations 2021 for which you can be fined up to £2000 or imprisoned for up to 3 months.
