Job Title:  Principal of the Falkland Islands Community School

Falkland Islands Government Grade: A starting salary £57,216 up to £75,189 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. 

The Opportunity: To provide effective leadership and management of secondary provision at the Falkland Islands Community School working with the Executive Headteacher and Director of Education to promote and deliver the vision and direction for the school through the implementation of a range of well-planned strategies. 

Essential criteria for the role include Qualified Teacher Status, a school leadership qualification (e.g. NPQH) and a minimum of 8 years’ successful whole school leadership and management experience.

Contract Type: This is a permanent post on standard FIG terms and conditions
