Falkland Islands Government Starting FIG Grade B: Starting Salary £47,955 - £54,424 per annum depending on qualifications and experience

The Opportunity: The Department of Agriculture Veterinary Service seeks applications for a full-time Official Veterinarian to join their small, busy team in 2025. The position will primarily consist of regulatory public health duties including regulation of an EU approved abattoir and fishery product establishments.

Essential criteria: Applicants must have Official Veterinarian qualifications with at least 5 years public health experience and familiarity with HACCP documentation.

Contract Type: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, with potential for extension of 1-4 years by mutual agreement.
