College Receptionist

To provide administrative and receptionist support to Falkland College to enable it to function efficiently. Essential criteria for the role include GCSE Grade C or above in English Language and Maths or equivalent L2 Qualifications, a high command of English language IELTS level 6 or equivalent, good ICT skills using Windows programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and a methodical with attention to detail and the ability to enter data accurately.

Examinations Officer

The Examinations Officer is responsible for the management, administration and conducting of all internal and external examinations and assessments, and completing the various tasks associated with the exams cycle; ensuring that Falkland College is fully compliant with each examination board regulations. Essential criteria for the role include GCSE Grade C in English & Maths or equivalent Level 2 Qualification, NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, a high command of English language IELTS level 7 or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years clerical/administrative experience or working in an Educational establishment and a methodical with attention to detail and the ability to enter data accurately.

Data Manager

Closing Date: 10 May 2024

To ensure Fisheries data is entered accurately into the databases, apply quality control to the data entry process, manage and provide data storage and presentation.  Essential criteria for the role include a GCSE Maths Grade B or equivalent along with two years’ experience with computer technology including knowledge of databases, word processing and writing of standard operating procedures.
