Consultation on Gold Mining Regulations (Jan 2022)
The Department of Mineral Resources is proposing to introduce regulations and supporting guidance to allow prospecting and exploring for gold and similar minerals.
We are consulting on the proposed draft legislative proposals and associated guidance, with the intention that the final versions will be considered by Executive Council following any post‐consultation amendments.
